Susan Dawson is a Qualified State Supervisor, a licensed mental health counselor, a certified addiction professional, a DOT substance abuse professional, and a certified e-therapist. She leads a staff of other licensed counselors and state registered interns.

Kimberly Bowens is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years in the mental health field. Her previous experience includes crisis intervention, interpersonal violence, substance abuse, correctional mental health, as well as a diverse host of other areas in outpatient and inpatient settings. She is a Board-Certified Counselor, a member of the American Counseling Association and Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society. Kimberly has an interest in community service, which includes educating the public on the value of mental health, and continuing efforts to eradicate stigma. She utilizes various treatment modalities in order to provide individualized therapy to clients who are on their courageous path towards healing and growth. She has a passion for meeting people where they are in their journey and helping them explore ways to improve their quality of life.
